Facilitating payments and communications between users and event organizers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By registering or making a transaction, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements and comply with these Terms.

a) Registration:
To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

b) Account Suspension or Termination:
Plactivity reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in unauthorized activities.

4. Services Provided

Plactivity acts as a facilitator between event organizers, service providers, and users. We do not organize or host events directly unless specified. Services include:

Advertising events, classes, activities, and programs.
Online and offline ticket bookings.
Membership sales and management.
Slot bookings for games or events.
Facilitating communication between organizers and users.
5. Booking Terms and Conditions

a) Event and Slot Bookings:

Bookings are subject to availability and organizer-specific terms.
Users must ensure accuracy when entering booking details. Plactivity is not liable for errors caused by incorrect user input.
b) Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds or cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective event organizer.
Plactivity will process refunds only as instructed by the organizer.
c) Changes to Bookings:
Organizers reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Plactivity is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such changes.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

a) Event Listings and Accuracy:
Organizers are responsible for ensuring all information provided on the Platform is accurate, including event details, pricing, and availability.

b) Licenses and Compliance:
Organizers must have all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals for events. Plactivity assumes no liability for events that fail to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users and organizers must not:

Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
Use the Platform for unlawful activities, including fraud or money laundering.
Attempt to disrupt Platform operations or access unauthorized areas.
Violate intellectual property rights or upload content without permission.
Plactivity reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

a) Platform Use:
Plactivity provides a platform for users and organizers to connect. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of advertised events or services.

b) Third-Party Content:
Plactivity is not liable for damages arising from third-party content, including inaccuracies or omissions in event listings.

c) Technical Issues:
While we strive for uninterrupted service, Plactivity is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or errors due to technical issues beyond our control.

9. Payments and Fees

a) User Payments:
All payments are processed through secure channels. Users agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes, at the time of booking.

b) Commission and Organizer Fees:
Plactivity charges a commission or service fee for facilitating transactions. Organizers are responsible for paying any applicable fees as per our agreement.

10. Refunds and Disputes

a) Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed in accordance with the organizer’s policy. Plactivity does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly agreed upon by the organizer.

b) Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, users must contact the organizer directly. Plactivity will mediate only in cases where both parties request assistance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Plactivity, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Plactive Private Ltd. or its licensors. Users must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior consent.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Plactivity harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from:
